Why would I pay $15/month for your software when I can plan, build, review, improve, host, launch, scale, secure, patch, monitor and debug it myself?

I truly believe that most people should down tools on feature dev for 1 hour and spend the time helping their agent to work smarter/more efficiently/faster

Huge leverage can be gained from just a few changes

What all the SaaS-pocalypse people don't understand:

Businesses are buying reliability. They are buying the peace of mind that someone else is responsible and accountable to solve that specific problem.

Vibe coding stuff inhouse that has nothing to do with your core product and maintaining it is a distraction that is almost never worth it. Especially when the process is 100% standardized across the industry.
